The General Services Catalogue includes the services commonly provided by MIRRI-ERIC’s partner organisations, e.g. supply, deposit or identification of microbial resources by gene sequencing, as well as advanced services, e.g. genomics, screening of metabolites, phylogenetic analysis, consultancy.

There are workflows/pipelines of services provided by MIRRI-ERIC’s partner organisations with specific purposes within the strategic areas of Health & Food, Agro-Food, and Environment & Energy. To offer integrated solutions to specific user needs, the Application-specific Service Catalogue includes workflows/pipelines of services that can be provided by more than one organisation.
